Required Information
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL or other information sufficient to locate it.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Processing
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Sexy Legwear will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or unsupported notices may not be processed.
